Module gc

The Garbage collector really needs to be optimized.

Global reduct_eval_run (reduct_t *reduct, reduct_eval_state_t *state, reduct_uint32_t initialFrameCount)

Write some macro magic to turn this into a switch case if not using GCC or Clang

Global reduct_list_dissoc (struct reduct *reduct, reduct_list_t *list, reduct_size_t index)

There is definetly a better way to do this
